The Western One – Meet the neighbours 2017

This Wednesday (2nd August), you will be able to take an easy visit to the ‘Wild West’ just by going down to the shops at Winster Mews, which for one day only will be converted to a little piece of the ‘Wild West’ for this year’s ‘Meet the neighbours’ which is on from 12.00noon until 3.00pm

You will be able to have a go on a ‘bucking bronco’, meet farmyard animals, have a go line dancing, get you face painted and maybe even a haircut..

You will also be able to enjoy a BBQ, visit a pop up archive (see right for more details) and there will also be stalls, and a raffle and lots, lots more.

The event, has been put together by Gamesley’s G52, Thriving Communities and High Peak BC, to arrange these events, it takes many helpers and in addition to the ‘meet the neighbours’ event, we have our community bonfire and fireworks coming up in November, along with our festival market at the end of November, and if you can help (especially for the bonfire) please get in touch.
