HPK/2024/0401 Refused at the DC Committee

This afternoon (Monday, 9th December 2024), the Council’s Development Control Committee considered planning application HPK/2024/0401.

HPK/2024/0401 for 51 houses at the rear of Cottage Land was resubmitted in October following the developer’s earlier withdrawal due to technical issues.

The Development Control Committee had done a site visit earlier today. At the meeting, no one was in attendance from the developer, with Andy Williams speaking well on behalf of those objecting to the development.

The committee then put the application forward for refusal, with all members supporting refusal.
