Gamesley Post Office reopened today for the first time since a robbery at the beginning of November. The arrangement to get the post office re-open, is temporary and more work will be done in forthcoming week to put in place a permanent solution.

Congratulations to the players and managers of Gamesley Reserves, who in this Saturday’s Derbyshire Cup first round match beat Peak Dale Predators 16 – 1, here’s hoping they can copy the same success to the league, where they are currently second from bottom.
