Planning Application HPK/2022/0428 Next door to One Stop

Planning application HPK/2022/0428 has been submitted for the currently empty shop next door to One Stop in the former Centurion Pub.

The application is for a Change of use from shop-A1 to takeaway Pizza Shop-Sui Generis.

Most of the changes to the premises are internal changes to convert it from an empty shop to a pizza shop with appropriate equipment for that purpose.

The main external change listed is adding an extraction fan and flue to the side of the building near the former side door (when it was used as a pub).

I’ve sent a query in to try and find out what the proposed opening hours are, and I will update this post when I find out.
