Gamesley Community Bonfire and Fireworks Display

This evening saw this years community bonfire and fireworks display, in addition to around 700 locals we were also joined by the Mayor of High Peak Cllr Pat Jenner (pictured below along with Cllr’s Mckeown and Siddall and HPCH staff).

A big thank you to all those who have helped put together tonight’s event, in particular Kim Gilmore and Linda Maxwell from the Communities Team at HPCH, along with a special mention for the Gamesley Rangers who as well stewarding tonight, braved the earlier hailstones and rain to build the bonfire !
