Keep Fit Exercise Session

The Tameside and Glossop Health Improvement Service (formerly part of the the Tameside and Glossop PCT – but now part of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust) are starting Keep Fit Exercise sessions, running every
Tuesdays 6-7pm at the Gamesley Community Centre.

The cost is £2 per session and men and women aged 16 years+ are welcome. However please note, there will be no session on 23rd Aug and 30th Aug
