Gamesley FC’s first team had a good day on Saturday (13th November) with a 6 – 1 away win at Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds. Gamesley’s reserves also had a good weekend with a 3 – 2 win in there 1st round reserve division cup match which was at home to Daten Reserves.
Tuesday evening (16th November) sees Gamesley’s first team in Derbyshire Cup action away to Graham St Prims, with a return to league action with a home tie on Saturday (20th November) to Lostock Gralam – kick off 2.00pm. For the reserves this coming Saturday sees an away tie to Greenalls Padgate ST O Reserves.
For Gamesley Villa’s Saturday 13’s there was no match last Saturday (13th November), and with a 5 – 2 defeat in there league cup at home to AFC Clayton 12’s, Gamesley Villa’s Sunday 12’s may have being wishing for a similar postponement. Gamesley Villa’s 11’s however kept on with there romp to the title with a 4 – 2 win away to Boundary Park 11’s now leaving them 9 points clear at the top of the league.
This coming Saturday (20th November) sees Gamesley Villa’s 13’s with a home tie to NJ Wythenshawe 13, the Sunday 11’s with a break now until the beginning of December, and the Sunday 12’s with a home tie (21st November) against Boundary Park 12’s.
