Last weekend (11th / 12th September) was a good weekend for some of the local team’s, with Gamesley FC’s first team winning 3 – 1 away to Garswood United, given there recent form the reserves having no match at all.

For Gamesley Villa the weekend didn’t seem as good with the Sunday 12’s losing 9 – 0 at home to Avro FC 12’s, and neither of the other sides playing (at least from the result’s I can see).

This coming weekend (18th/19th September) sees Gamesley FC’s first team at home to Pilkington on Saturday 3.00pm kick off, Gamesley FC’s reserves away to Eagle Sport Reserves, and for Gamesley Villa the 13’s are away to Denton Youth “A” 13, the Sunday 11’s at home to Curzon Ashton FC, with the 12’s having no game.
