Coming up…
Next Monday (24th August) sees a meeting of the council’s development control committee. Amongst the items for discussion are two more or less in the centre of Glossop, one been a hotly contested application for two houses on North Road, the other for the conversion in to 16 apartments of the former Methodist Church and School on Shrewsbury Street.
Also meeting this week on Thursday (20th August) evening is the campaign to Save the Woodhead Tunnel / Re-open the Woodhead Line in Glossop Labour Club in Chapel Street [SK13 8AT] Glossop at 7.30pm.
