Don't forget this Thursday's (2nd October) public meeting on the GreaterManchester Congestion Charge. Starting at 7.00pm at Glossop's Bradbury House, it follows an earliermeeting with members of the council's sub group looking into the issue withcomments made at the two meetings influencing the stance / response thecouncil will submit to the consultation on the scheme.
Local residents on Gamesley may have noticed that the plastics recycling binon the shops car park has recently been moved. The reason behind this, isthat on several occasions the recycling contractor has not been able to getaccess to empty to it, due to the car park been full, hopefully this movewill prevent that from occurring.
