Gamesley Christmas Market – Thursday 5pm till 8pm
Whilst you will be safe from the peril of camels this year, you’ll still be guaranteed a great evening out and a whole host of great entertainment at this years Gamesley Christmas Market.
Taking place this Thursday (27th November) evening between 5.00pm and 8.00pm in front of the shops at Winster Mews the market will feature a whole host of craft and gift stalls, a swing band, Gamesley Choir, mulled wine & mince pies, a chestnut stall, donkeys and much much more – in fact all you need to make you’re Christmas preparations special
The market will also have a chance for kids to visit and have their photo taken with Santa in his grotto in the Church Hall, the lighting of the Christmas trees along with a visit from the Mayor of the High Peak who will amongst other things be judging a Christmas tree inspired art competition with entries from the nursery and local schools.
The event has been organised by G52 in partnership with Adult Education at DCC and the Community Partnership Team at HPBC and should be a great evening out for anyone that can attend.
