There will be a whole host of stalls, activities and workshops where you will be able to knit or plant a poppy, along with being able to make a traditional wooden toy.
Along with the activities, there will be a reading of the Flanders Field Poem, along with traditional music and a piano sing-along.
Local are being asked to write a message of hope for peace for people living in war-torn areas at current and there will be a free corn beef has dinner in the square.
The final highlight of the event will be a release of white doves for peace, please come along if you can there’s free face painting for kids plus much much more.
