St Margaret’s 40th Anniversary

As noted earlier on the 24th June a celebration for the 40th Anniversary of the opening of St Margaret’s School took place.

The Bishop of Nottingham the Right Reverend Malcolm McMahon was the guest of honour and a number of former teachers including former head’s Sister Anita, Simon Groarke and Clare Sierotko were also in attendance.

A photo display of photos from other the years was put together and it was quite interesting to see how people have changed on some of the photo’s from my own year.

It was a great afternoon thanks to the efforts of the many people that had put it together including the production of a special cake (picture above) which included the school badge and had been produced by one of the parents.
