Signed up / moving on

Last Friday afternoon (12th June) saw a ceremony to mark the signing of the
10 year management agreement between High Peak Community Housing and the
council to continue to manage the council's housing stock in the High
Peak.

The new agreement which I hope will allow a fuller partnership between the
Council and the company will continue to improve the work of
the company with the council and local residents and has been reached after
a lengthy process and is a much improved agreement, than the original.

Now whilst the agreement secures the future of the Company that won't
include current chief executive Sharon Mccambridge who has taken the
decision to move on and will be leaving the High Peak to become chief
executive of Six Towns Housing in Bury.
