Dinting Road

Just a reminder in case you haven't picked it up already but Dinting
Road is closed near to Dinting Station while works go on to strengthen
the bridges over the railway.

The closure started on Monday (27th April) and will run until July –
according to the details pedestrian access to the station etc will be
available throughout the works.

In terms of public transport from details on the Derbyshire County
Council website the 397 is diverted via lower Glossop and Shaw Lane,
while the few 393 journeys scheduled to go over Dinting Road will
instead divert via North Road, Park Road and Hadfield Road.

For any resident on the stretch of Dinting Road towards the station there
will be a shuttle bus by Speedwell between Glossop town centre and Dinting
Station.
