Planning application HPK/2018/0116 – 39 Totley

Local’s in the Totley / Bakewell area of Gamesley, reading this weeks Glossop Chronicle will see that planning application HPK/2018/0116 has been submitted for a 2-story rear extension to 39 Totley Lane.

Unfortunately, due to an error with the council’s planning system, the notification in the paper is my first notification as well.

From the details on the council’s planning section of the website, the extension is planned to go in the back garden of the property.
