Witness Appeal After Attempted Burglary And Moped Theft In Gamesley
Bad news from Derbyshire Police with regards to an attempted robbery and a moped theft from Winster Mews – details as below :
Overnight on Wednesday 29th to Thursday 30th January, an attempted burglary occurred at premises on Winster Mews, Gamesley. A rear door has been damaged after being prised open but no entry was gained. Banging noises were heard around 9.30pm which may or may not be connected. Crime number: 4123/14.
During the same night, a Baotian moped was stolen from the car park on Winster Mews, Gamesley. Crime number: 4140/14.

From details on Facebook the moped is a blue Baotian, which has no wing mirrors, a big scratch down the right side, with white and black seat, and is registration number MM63 UCL.
