Today (2nd November) you may or may not know has been National Stress Awareness Day, one of the many awareness day ran to raise awareness of a particular issue or cause.
Organised by ISMA (International Stress Management Association UK) it aims to highlight the importance of stress management, which according to recent research by insurance company AXA has almost doubled in the last four years.
