CESP – a brief update
On Thursday morning (photo and further details to follow) we had the first formal hand back of some completed bungalows, along with a good opportunity to review some of the current issue and see some work in progress.
In the next few days, private residents should be receiving the full details of the costs for the works along with information on how to sign up and that will be followed in the next few weeks with a information handbook for all residents having work completed along with a newsletter updating on them on current progress.
Further updates will follow as in the next few weeks they should be looking to employ a tenant liaison officer for the remainder of the work. However If you have any issues with the work or want any further information please let me know.
