Reg Mann

Although I wasn't able to attend the memorial service yesterday
(Monday) I understand from the other Cllr Mckeown who was in
attendance that a large number had turned out to remember Reg.

Now as I commented last week that I didn't know Reg as well as some
of the other former local councillors his loss to a number of
campaigns and issues will be felt, and due to his untimely passing he will
miss the final act in one of the long running campaigns he was involved in
with the demolition in the near future of the chimney at the former Ferro
Alloy's site in Glossop
