The e-media age

Tom Levitt MP has a page on his website (http://tinyurl.com/cvyqp6) about
the e-media age, looking in a similar way to the online conference I
attended last week on how Councillor's, MP's and the like should be using
new media such as facebook, twitter etc.

The content of the post is straight forward enough and gets across possible
an important message in the current time, that whilst certain parts of the
'political world', may be just looking at how to use the web to spread
gossip innuendo and strife, many local Councillor's, MP's and associated
bodies are using it simply to try and make a better connection with local
people and the issues and concerns of local people, and I hope the ideas
looked at by some in the news recently are something we or any of the other
political parties would never consider locally.
