The week ahead – 17th to 21st September
Monday sees the latest meeting of the Health Scrutiny Sub Committee, which is looking at how the many changes to health will affect people in the High Peak.
You can view the agenda by clicking here, with the main topic this evening been a presentation on the clinical commissioning groups that will be operating in the High Peak.
Although not a topic on the agenda, I suspect the consultation by the East Midlands Ambulance Service, (which is looking at closing ambulance stations in Buxton and New Mills) that starts today may well feature in the discussion.

Tuesday sees a meeting of the High Peak Parish Forum in the afternoon, followed by the rearranged Gamesley and St John’s Neighbourhood Watch Meeting – which is taking place at 7.00pm in the GRA Office on Winster Mews.
Wednesday sees a meeting of the Gamesley Financial Inclusion Group in the afternoon followed by a meeting of full council at Chapel en le Frith Town Hall in the evening.

Thursday sees a two training sessions one on the member initiative fund, the other on neighbourhood planning, and finally Friday sees this month’s constituency meeting.
